We hope you’ve had the opportunity to spend meaningful time in Arizona this winter and truly enjoy your beautiful homes. This season has been a wonderful one!
One of the things we value most about owning Carlson Concierge is the natural rhythm of our year. The winter months give us the opportunity to focus on projects that support and strengthen our service to you, including marketing initiatives that often get paused during our busier seasons.

Housekeeping Update
March 1 already — where does the winter go? It has truly been a beautiful season. We will be sending updated Home Watch agreements for the summer season. Please look for an email from us by the end of March with the details.
HVAC Tune-Ups
In Arizona’s climate, HVAC systems work exceptionally hard and require maintenance twice a year to perform at their best. With proper care and regular filter changes, a unit can last significantly longer than the typical 10–12 year lifespan common in Arizona.
Many of you have worked with Edwards Air and know how excellent their service is. We will be coordinating spring maintenance with a goal of having systems serviced by April 15. If you have an existing HVAC service contract, this is a friendly reminder to schedule your spring maintenance soon.
Certified Homewatch Professional
We are proud to share that Edward has earned his Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) designation through the National Home Watch Association. We look forward to his support as a CHWP inspector this summer.
