Luxury Scottsdale Home Watch Services FAQ's

Homewatch is the visual inspection of an interior and exterior of a home looking for obvious issues.  A homewatch professional will check your home on a regular schedule and report back to you with a professional email noting any issues.  

We work with our clients to make sure they’re maintaining their homes in the best way to mitigate any problems that may arise but we may find unwanted pests or a broken sprinkler or perhaps that HVAc system may be down.  

 Homewatch by Carlson Concierge is a professional, accredited service.  Carlson Concierge has been serving the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets since 2009.  We are accredited by the National Homewatch Association and bonded and insured. 

At Carlson Concierge we will come to your home and listen to what your specific needs are provide a price based on frequency, size of home and services needed while we are in the home.  We have a proven record of being able to catch issues that can cost you as the homeowner way more if it goes undetected.  

We are long time Scottsdale residents and have built our business in close proximity to our home. We service all of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Biltmore, Arcadia, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills.

Carlson Concierge offers weekly and every 14 day house checks. Many homeowners insurance policies require at least every 14 days if a home is unoccupied.  

Carlson Concierge uses a checklist during each visit. After our check is complete you are emailed the results.  If we find an issue that requires immediate attention we will contact the homeowner and coordinate repairs with trusted service providers.  We pride ourselves on seeing issues all the way through and because of our long standing relationships with our vendors we get priority service for our clients.
