As a family-owned business, we love helping our clients take care of the little things that make a big difference at home. From everyday errands to coordinating services while you’re away, we’re here to lend a hand.

Keyholder Service

We have an excellent list of trusted service providers in the Valley.  We are happy to schedule and meet service providers and deliveries so that your home can get work done while you’re away.

Handyman Services

We have reserved Lee's handyman services for our existing clients only. Our clients love to leave their to - do lists for him in spring and return back in fall to a to-do list done!

Contractor/Services Coordination

Arrange for cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, and anything else you would like done before returning to your home.

Arrival Prep

Let us know if you have a late flight in and would like to have your breakfast essentials in the fridge or maybe you just need us to pick up and deliver your Fry’s click it list- no problem, we can do this!

Supervise repairs

Our clients love our list of vetted service providers. Most are owner operator firms with decades of experience in the Valley. They are fair in their pricing and very trustworthy.

Errand Service/Party serving

Have a pile of recycles, donations that need to be taken to a facility or donation center we can do that!  We love to assist with events or parties! Forgot to pick up the dry cleaning?  We can do it.  Whatever it is, just ask!

Power Washing

Arrange for Power Washing cleaning for your property, and anything else you would like done before returning to your home.
