able to give you peace of mind that your home in the Valley was well taken care of! We are excited to share that our son, Eddie, is now part of the Carlson Concierge team! He has moved from Steamboat Springs, CO where he received his business degree and spent 4 years in the great outdoors skiing and golfing – two of his favorites!

Having Eddie as part of the Carlson Concierge team gives us a little more bandwidth to take on new projects and clients. Please let us know if you have any extra projects to get done this winter, we can help! Also, don’t

The program below is a great idea for your water monitoring if you’re in the city of Scottsdale. This summer we received a notification that a clients’ unoccupied home saw a surge in water use. We immediately went to home and found an outside water leak was causing the spike. This program is free and so very helpful to both the homeowners

and the home watchers!

I found this vendor when needing a battery installed in a vehicle within the morning so a group could go golfing! They were knowledgeable and fast!

Carlson Concierge and the Arizona chapter of homewatchers is hosting a protein drive to

benefit Mom’s Pantry. If you want to contribute, please let me know and we can pick donations up from you! Canned chicken, tuna, and beans are all great ideas! Our drive is finished December 6th! Help us feed the Phoenix less fortunate who are facing food scarcity this season.
